According to this requirement, any electronic and electrical products that use or contain heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, as well as polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) flame retardants, are prohibited from entering the EU market. Therefore, as long as environmentally friendly films that have undergone strict testing are selected, it is almost impossible for the finished product to fail to meet environmental standards. However, in order to ensure compliance with regulations to the greatest extent possible, it is necessary to strictly control the environmental quality of auxiliary materials such as release agents during the production process, and conduct regular sampling and testing of vacuum formed products to achieve full traceability and foolproof measures.
